Shipping Policy

At La Mode Sweets, we take every step to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition. From careful packing to temperature-aware shipping, we aim to deliver a smooth experience every time.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after Friday at 1 PM PT will ship the following business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends to avoid unnecessary delays in transit.

  • During high temperatures or carrier delays, we may hold orders until Monday to reduce risk of melting or spoilage.


Shipping Options

  • Free Standard Shipping is included with every order.

  • Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for orders over $60.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Summer Shipping & Warm Weather Protection

  • During warmer months, we include ice packs and thermal liners for temperature-sensitive items like chocolate.

  • Orders may be delayed by a day or two to avoid weekend transit or extreme heat.

  • We strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping for destinations experiencing high temperatures.


Gifting

  • No pricing is ever included in the box—perfect for gifting.

  • Add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll include it in the package.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives melted or damaged, please contact us at info@lamodesweets.com within 4 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and shipping box so we can help make it right.
